Reliable, Fast & Accurate Blending

The Agvance Blending module can access field plans or quotes generated in the planning area and turn them into detailed work orders. Besides formulating dry, liquid, and suspension blends, this flexible program will generate blend tickets, custom application sheets, 'haz-mat' documents, and will optionally interface to several automated blending systems.

• Formulates and generates blends by analysis (pounds of plant food or guaranteed analysis) or direct product request
• Calculates dry, liquid, suspension fertilizer blends, chemical blends, and preset feed rations
• Optimizes by least cost based on dealer cost or selling price
• Determines pounds per acre, gallons per acre, pounds per batch, acres per batch, pounds per gallon, and pounds per cubic foot
• Calculates salt out temperatures and net temperature change
• Gives complete access to pricing, quotes, costs, terms, and split-billing arrangements
• Records and stores field application history, including product rates, placement, crop, date and time, acres, field and weather conditions, and target pests for multiple seasons
• Sets minimum and maximum limits for the amount of nutrient to be used from a given product
• Prints blend ticket with scale stops and number of batches
• Prints custom application sheet with map (from Agvance Mapping), and all necessary application record-keeping requirements
• Optionally print Hazmats, WPS, and MSDS with Chemical Compliance Integration
• Interfaces with automated blending systems from Ranco, Junge, Yargus, Kahler, and Murray (call for details)
• Generates RPM information for Ranco blenders
• Can be utilized in conjunction with Agvance Dispatch to schedule, route and track custom application jobs
• Field plans/quotes can be accessed from Agvance Planning and printed as blend tickets
• Gross and tare weights captured from electronic scales can be imported using Agvance Scale Interface
