Employee turnover is a expense that can be compounded when the replacement lacks proper Agvance training. Our staff can suggest the best training path for your new employee to assure a smooth transition. This plan will depend on the experience of the new user, the time spent with their predecessor and of course their learning style and aptitude. A mixture of the following training venues are typically used:
- On-Demand Training Videos – a variety of pre-recorded sessions are available at our customer web site. These sessions include short guided tours aimed at orienting a user to a process or feature as well as more in-depth training videos that vary in length from 30 minutes to 3 hours.
- Remote Internet Training – these one-on-one personalized sessions cover topics most critical to your new staff’s understanding of Agvance. This billable training time will build on any experience they have acquired on the job.
- Face to Face Training – either at your office or our offices in Shelbyville, IL, personalized hands-on training.
