The Grain Dashboard is a powerful add-on to Agvance Grain that provides a visual and interactive view of your company’s grain positions and marketing activities. Users can monitor real-time activity and isolate specific commodities and locations in addition to viewing data on a company-wide basis. It’s the ideal tool for grain professionals needing quick and convenient access to key information in order to make timely business decisions.

• Grain Position tab displays grain stock (inventory) for a selected commodity, for selected locations stored In Elevator, Redeposited to other licensed warehouses, in Unapproved storage space and the total inventory
• Display company owned amounts and unpaid obligations
• Display ‘Net’ Trading Position
• Display Deferred and Installment Sales payment amounts due by a selected date
• Grain Activity tab allows you to specify a time period and display totals for purchase contracts, sales contracts, shipments, grain bought and average grade factor results on grain received during the specified time period
• Display average grade factor values
• Display current balances for open and new crop purchase and sales contracts
• Display quantity shipped from elevator and direct shipped from farm to terminals
• Display quantity of grain bought during a specified time period
• Customer Scorecard tab lists your top customers in several different categories (for a specified time period) including: volume purchased, gross dollars paid, quantity delivered to elevator, quantity delivered direct from farm to terminal, dollars paid in storage fees, service charges and drying charges
• Current Trading Position tab gives a detailed view of your company's cash, basis, futures and overall net position, in real-time
• Includes ability to set automatic screen refresh frequency rate
• Includes option to ‘drill down’ and view transactions that make up individual monthly/period totals
• Allows you to monitor specific locations or regions
• Position changes between screen refreshes are highlighted, to give notice where position has changed
• Control how information is displayed and which trading months/periods are displayed
