Software Maintenance Program

Responsive, accurate customer service keeps your staff working interruption-free. New Agvance customers are automatically covered by a software service contract for the first twelve months.

After the first year, service contracts are invoiced semi-annually based on the number of licensed users for each Agvance module. This on-going service contract ensures you maintain the following benefits:

  • Unlimited Toll-Free Phone Support is provided by an experienced and knowledgeable staff. With your permission, our helpdesk can connect directly to your computer to clarify an issue or help guide you through a procedure. Contact us directly using any of the following methods:
  • Enhancements and upgrades to the standard version of the Agvance modules that are licensed to your company. These include updated on-line help files which are incorporated into the software.

  • Access to Agvance Support On-Line, our interactive knowledge base which is available on the customer web site 24/7. This tool has answers to frequently asked questions, informative step-by-step procedures outlined and insight into known error messages.

  • On-Demand Training Videos are posted at the customer page of our web site and are available to our maintenance subscribers. These instructional videos vary from short guided tours to more in-depth feature training.

  • Telephone consultation with your accountant, agronomic advisor or hardware dealer as needed.

  • Callback Priority over customers without software maintenance. Our callback time averages between 20 to 30 minutes.
