Recently we surveyed SKY Analytics users and gathered valuable information about the way Agvance users use reports, the type of training preferred, and what would make the experience even better. We are listening, and our teams are always developing and improving Agvance! Survey responses from our customers really shape the product and we appreciate the input.

Take Advantage of Resources

A majority of SKY Analytics users that responded to our survey tell us they are utilizing in-app resources with 68% of survey respondents taking advantage of the Analytics Dashboard Guide (blue question mark) and 52% visiting the Agvance Help Center to see what dashboards are available within Analytics. With the Help Center being new, we expect this number to grow substantially this year. Whether you are a newer user of SKY Analytics or experienced, these two quick resources are easily accessible in SKY and available today to help you get more out of your Agvance Analytics experience. Click the blue question mark on any Analytics dashboard for summary details of the dashboard. And from any SKY application, visit the Help Center for documents, videos, courses, and more. When asking survey respondents to identify their multiple responses to the question, “What tools would help your users with the onboarding of Analytics?” the top two responses were Quick Reference Guides (80% of respondents) and Videos (60%of respondents). The Agvance Help Center is THE source for both.
