At SSI, customer service is the top priority and one of our Core Values. According to Debe Wright, Support Team Manager, “our vision is to always improve customer service.” SSI actively listens and reacts to customer feedback. In fact, over 40% of the SSI staff is dedicated to customer service positions.
The Customer Support Team assists with a wide variety of customer questions. In addition to the primary job of answering customer calls, Heather Karbach, Director of Customer Service says, “they [customer support staff] participate in implementations and training our customers, assist the sales team with demos, review requests from customers and that is just a few of the things they do. I am so proud of this team for providing excellent customer service."

Agvance customers have multiple avenues to ask for assistance. To work with a Customer Support Team member, customers may call and speak to the friendly SSI receptionists or send an email. Also, use the Submit a Support Ticket button on Agvance Community or review the constantly updated knowledgebase of how-to documents and videos. Within Agvance SKY, select the Need Help–Ask button to create a Support Ticket or choose to search the Help Resources. Assistance for Agvance customers is readily available!
